What you'll do
- Round weekly at assigned wound care clinics
- diagnose patient conditions through physical examination and/or telemedicine
- perform procedures such as debridement as necessary
- communicate findings and treatment with facility clinical staff and explain diagnoses and treatment goals to patients
- document encounters in the Aprima electronic medical record
- facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities as needed.
