The Registered Dietitian Nutritionist role is onsite in Brighton and Waltham, MA, with pay of $34.50–$45.00 per hour. The position provides 2–4 clinical sessions per month, with a possible opportunity to expand as demand grows. Charles River Community Health’s mission is to help individuals and families thrive through comprehensive, integrated, and equitable primary healthcare. The dietitian assesses patients’ nutritional needs, develops individualized nutrition plans, and provides counseling and education to support health goals and chronic disease prevention. The role also documents outcomes, collaborates with care teams and community health departments, and helps connect patients with nutrition resources.

What you'll do

• Assess nutritional and health needs
• develop individualized nutrition plans responsive to cultural and economic needs
• provide one-to-one nutrition counseling
• monitor, evaluate, and document outcomes and patient visits in the EHR
• collaborate on culturally sensitive nutrition education materials
• facilitate group education sessions
• participate in departmental and interdisciplinary meetings and quality improvement projects
• identify nutrition resources with Community Health and other departments
• serve as a dietary resource to staff and communicate patient needs to the care team.
