Insurance Coverage and Litigation Associate — Hybrid or Remote

What you'll do

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents
• attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• investigate claims and draft coverage opinion letters
• handle discovery and pleadings in coverage litigation
• advise clients on insurance coverage
• communicate with clients and provide status reports
• collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices.
