What you'll do

• Respond to customer requests received by phone, email, or mail
• maintain physical and computerized inventory using approved procedures
• process orders, replenishments, returns, credits, and inventory discrepancies
• monitor consignment inventory where applicable
• perform quarterly cycle counts and annual inventory or more frequently as required
• process requisitions and pick tickets
• communicate non-fills, backorders, and shortages and follow up as needed
• set up, update, or remove items in MMIS
• review reorder parameters
• maintain requisition templates and PAR forms
• support stock rotation and revision-controlled inventory
• back up or assist Logistics Tech I with order picking when necessary.
