The Senior Community Manager, Affordable Housing role is onsite in Rome, NY, at Park Drive Manor I & II Apartments. Compensation is $27–$30 per hour. The role supports resident satisfaction and high-quality service while ensuring property programs and procedures align with company and ownership objectives.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily property and staff operations, annual operating budgets, and sales and marketing plans
• ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and HUD, LIHTC, and RD programs
• maintain resident files and prepare for inspections and audits
• coordinate property tours and audits
• monitor recertifications, vouchers, and EIV processing
• train and supervise onsite staff
• oversee public relations, resident engagement, contract administration, and operational reporting.
