Housekeeping Worker — Rotating Weekend Schedule

The Housekeeping Worker role is onsite at Weinberg Community for Senior Living in Deerfield, IL. Compensation is $19.13 per hour, with overtime for work beyond 8 hours in a day or 80 hours in a two-week pay period; shift differentials apply. CJE SeniorLife provides services for older adults and aims to support their dignity, purpose, and connection. The worker maintains clean, safe, and attractive resident apartments and shared spaces, and assists residents with laundry. These tasks support residents’ daily routines and help keep the community welcoming and ready for residents, visitors, and staff.

What you'll do

• Clean facility spaces, residents’ apartments, and living areas by dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and removing trash
• assist with laundry, including changing linens, collecting, labeling, sorting, folding, and distributing clothing
• stock designated storage areas with cleaning supplies
• safely identify and use cleaning chemicals
• rotate floor assignments as needed
• follow facility policies and procedures.
