What you'll do

• Sign in visitors
• monitor exits through surveillance footage and foot patrol
• maintain a detailed daily log
• report House Rules violations
• contact emergency or non-emergency services and notify property staff as required
• prepare incident reports
• respond to building emergencies when property managers are absent
• maintain orderly entrance, lobby, and adjoining areas.
