The role performs in-process inspections, verifies documentation and tooling, evaluates cutting tools, supports process development, reports equipment or material issues, and maintains a safe, orderly work area.

What you'll do

• Machine components to drawings and specifications
• meet production standards
• perform in-process inspections
• verify documentation, tooling, gauging, and calibration
• evaluate machine operations and cutting-tool performance
• support process development and cycle-time data
• report faulty operations, defective material, and drawing discrepancies
• troubleshoot equipment
• perform autonomous maintenance
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• read program code and follow production priorities.
