What you'll do

• Embed with customers to understand their missions and end users’ jobs, needs, and challenges
• scope research and frame hypotheses with engineers and data scientists
• conduct contextual inquiry, interviews, usability sessions, and concept tests
• synthesize findings and inform product initiatives and prototypes
• assess solution gaps
• distinguish customer-specific needs from core product opportunities.
