The Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist / Behavior Technician role is onsite in Reston, VA, in a center-based setting. Pay is $20–$28 per hour, based on experience, education, certification, and qualifications. The role supports children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities through individualized treatment plans supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The therapist or technician implements evidence-based interventions to build communication, play, social, adaptive living, and behavioral skills. The role also works with families, records behavioral data, completes session documentation, and supports children’s progress toward greater independence and confidence.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a center-based environment using BCBA-developed plans
• teach communication, play, social, adaptive living, and behavioral skills
• implement Behavior Intervention Plans
• collaborate with families and model strategies during caregiver coaching
• collect behavioral data and complete timely session notes and required documentation.
