What you'll do

• Respond to customer questions and concerns
• support brokerage and alliance maintenance, flood insurance management, reputation monitoring, mail management, life annual statements, incoming calls, billing issues, and policy transactions
• conduct personal insurance reviews
• cross-sell life and umbrella insurance
• help customers use agency technology
• follow up after sales and maintain product knowledge.
