Job overview

The Site Manager — Apartment Communities role is onsite in Yankton, SD. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. The role supports Costello Property Management’s work managing apartment communities and helping preserve and increase property investment value. The site manager handles day-to-day property administration and financial operations while serving residents, vendors, and prospective residents. The role supports resident relations, property safety, and the effective operation of the community in coordination with the Regional Manager.

What you'll do

• Answer phones, file, communicate with residents, take work orders, and provide customer service
• collect rent and process deposits
• manage resident applications and recertifications
• collaborate with staff on tenant experience
• conduct unit tours
• address unsafe conditions and follow safety rules.
