What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines
• assist with weekly menu planning
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• accommodate residents’ meal preferences and dietary concerns
• monitor inventory and order supplies
• maintain kitchen equipment
• collaborate with kitchen staff
• and complete required food-temperature and cleaning records.
