What you'll do

• Litigate civil rights, constitutional, and government-liability matters in state and federal court
• defend law enforcement agencies and officers and/or represent public entities in tort and civil litigation
• run or support discovery, motion practice, and depositions
• draft motions, briefs, and research memoranda
• participate in mediations, settlement discussions, and trial preparation
• work directly with clients
• contribute to litigation strategy from case assessment through resolution.
