The role also supports team capability by mentoring B- and C-Level Technicians and communicating customer concerns with service advisors.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair vehicles bumper-to-bumper
• address drivability, electrical, diagnostic, and intermittent concerns
• diagnose CAN/network and no-code faults
• use scan tools, scopes, OEM service information, and diagnostic equipment
• document repairs
• coordinate with service advisors
• mentor B- and C-Level Technicians
• maintain quality, safety, and shop efficiency.
