What you'll do

• Manage litigation tasks from filing through settlement or trial preparation
• draft petitions, discovery requests and responses, motions, and other documents for attorney review
• track court deadlines and coordinate filings, hearings, depositions, and mediations
• communicate with clients, medical providers, opposing counsel, and the court
• maintain case files and prepare deposition, mediation, and trial materials.
