Sommelier — Spanish Wine and Sherry Program

What you'll do

• Curate and update the Spanish wine list and sherry selection
• balance pricing, margins, seasonality, and menu fit
• lead wine purchasing and distributor relationships
• receive, store, and track cellar inventory
• guide guests and lead tableside presentations
• teach servers and bartenders about Spanish wine and sherry
• support retail bottle sales, a wine club, and wine events.
