The partner works with sales leaders and HR colleagues on talent strategy and the employee lifecycle, using analysis and collaboration to address workforce needs, improve organizational effectiveness, and support business results.

What you'll do

• Partner with sales directors and managers on talent strategy
• analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
• advise leaders on HR issues and processes
• coach and manage complex employee relations issues
• support career planning, performance management, compensation, rewards, talent management, and development
• execute organizational design and human capital initiatives
• lead and support US HR projects and continuous improvement
• travel 10% and support teams across US time zones.
