What you'll do

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior common areas, exterior walkways, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and report unusual activity, incidents, hazards, and maintenance concerns
• respond to disturbances and emergencies
• prepare reports documenting patrols, observations, incidents, and actions taken.
