What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train inbound B2C and outbound B2B representatives
• lead daily sales activities, call coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance management
• set sales expectations and accountability
• manage outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion
• partner with marketing and operations on lead handoffs
• design incentive programs
• track KPIs
• document and refine sales processes and scripts
• use CRM tools for pipeline visibility and forecasting
• ensure data accuracy and consistent sales practices.
