What you'll do

• Assist with planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating maintenance of facilities, buildings, and grounds
• help develop and implement department policies and procedures
• coordinate maintenance planning with staff
• ensure equipment is maintained to specifications and work meets safety requirements
• supervise and monitor department personnel
• inspect facilities
• monitor routine maintenance and repairs
• complete reports
• requisition and control supplies
• maintain financial and cost records.

Why this role

Two years of supervisory experience required; five years of mechanical, electrical, grounds, and building maintenance experience preferred. During emergencies or natural disasters, may be required to remain on duty for the event.
