• Support recruitment and admissions
• manage application files and interview logistics
• onboard students and monitor rotation requirements
• coordinate access, badges, and attendance tracking
• liaise with the Registrar and maintain student records
• support graduation clearance and verification statements
• manage external site and preceptor contracts
• assist with accreditation documents and site visits
• coordinate events
• maintain website and social media content
• support adjunct faculty and graduate assistant hiring and onboarding.
