What you'll do

• Record daily billable time
• organize, analyze, and maintain medical files
• prepare and update medical chronologies and summaries
• conduct medical research
• analyze pharmacy records and medical bills
• assist attorneys and staff with medical issues
• contact or interview parties, witnesses, and experts
• prepare medical records for experts
• prepare materials and exhibits for meetings, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• issue medical-record requests and track receipt of records and certifications
• communicate with counsel, clients, insureds, experts, court personnel, and vendors.
