Accurate order processing, delivery updates, inventory records, and customer support help the Vocational Truck Sales team complete transactions and serve customers effectively.

What you'll do

• Process truck and equipment sales documentation
• maintain sales files and track orders through delivery
• monitor delivery schedules and communicate updates
• prepare inventory, pricing, sales activity, and customer status reports
• reconcile inventory records
• administer warranty and customer program documentation
• generate purchase orders
• coordinate service information
• support receivables and invoice reconciliation
• assist with sales projects, events, and meetings.
