Compensation is $0 per year. The Store Manager position is onsite in High Point, NC. The manager leads GameStop store operations and supports its buy, sell, trade, and reservation business model. The role exists to build a sales and service culture that meets or exceeds sales and profit goals while creating strong guest experiences. It leads and develops store associates, maintains store operations and inventory controls, and supports guest loyalty and repeat business.

What you'll do

• Manage and lead store operations
• provide and model guest service
• support the shopping environment and sales initiatives
• process purchases and returns using the POS system
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and Pro Rewards
• recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain associates
• schedule staff and delegate tasks
• manage payroll and performance feedback
• maintain store cleanliness and merchandising
• fulfill omnichannel orders
• conduct inventory counts and restock merchandise
• protect assets through inventory control and loss prevention
• lead the team in meeting sales, profit, and shrink goals
• complete daily transaction closeout and deposits
• follow safety and company policies.
