What you'll do

• Program 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines
• develop machining strategies for aerospace tooling, precision components, and ground support equipment
• create and maintain CNC programs, tool lists, setup sheets, and manufacturing documentation
• review engineering drawings, CAD models, and customer specifications
• select cutting tools, fixtures, and machining methods
• support machinists during setup, prove-out, and production
• troubleshoot shop-floor machining and programming issues
• improve cycle times, tooling efficiency, and processes
• collaborate with engineering and quality teams
• maintain revision control of CNC programs and manufacturing data.
