What you'll do

• Maintain Metrics360, CRM, and reporting data
• validate and audit records
• develop, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards
• track sales and marketing metrics
• investigate reporting issues
• document software issues and collaborate with Programming on troubleshooting and testing
• support CRM optimization, integrations, and user acceptance testing.
