What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• check guests in and out and assign rooms
• answer and route calls and take messages
• respond to guest questions and concerns
• protect confidential guest information
• maintain cash and transaction records
• complete front-desk paperwork and reports
• conduct property walks
• help maintain lobby and common areas
• assist with breakfast service, wake-up calls, laundry, and other hotel operations as needed.
