What you'll do

• Conduct vision, hearing, growth, and dental screenings
• supervise prescribed treatments and medication administration under district policy
• assess, plan, intervene, evaluate, manage, and refer student health needs, including emergencies
• support emergency health care programs
• monitor immunization and health assessment requirements
• coordinate access to community health resources
• educate students, families, and staff on health needs, medication, illness management, prevention, and emergency care
• develop and conduct staff training as needed
• create individualized health care and emergency action plans
• travel district-wide as required.
