Concrete Industry Management Intern

Job overview

The Concrete Industry Management Intern position is onsite in New London, MN, with pay of $22–$24 per hour. Duininck Concrete serves clients in West Central Minnesota with concrete project guidance and support. The intern gains hands-on exposure to concrete operations across plants, office, field, and customer relations. The role assists with plant operations, batching, quality testing, logistics, safety, and sales support to help deliver concrete on time and to project specifications. Travel and some Saturday work are required.

What you'll do

• Assist plant managers and operators with plant operations
• learn batching and interpret mix designs and specifications
• perform and document concrete and aggregate quality testing
• help coordinate dispatch, deliveries, and inventory
• support safety inspections and compliance
• assist sales with customer communication, quotes, and follow-up
• help with production and quantity reporting.
