Move-Out Turn Technician

The Move-Out Turn Technician role is onsite in Birmingham, AL. Pay is $21–$23 per hour, depending on experience. Atlas Rental Property manages rental homes across North and Central Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. The role prepares residential rental properties for turnover by completing inspections, repairs, cleaning and exterior tasks, and punch-list work. It helps return units to a ready condition while documenting completed work and communicating issues.

What you'll do

• Inspect properties and remove trash
• repair and prepare drywall
• paint and refinish interiors
• perform light plumbing and electrical work
• address doors, windows, and locksmithing
• complete general carpentry, light appliance and HVAC diagnostics, landscaping, debris removal, and punch-list items. Log work, upload photos, navigate to properties, communicate problems, and pick up and return supplies.
