What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies
• greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests
• monitor access points, visitor activity, and security systems from a stationary post
• report unusual activity or policy concerns
• respond calmly to incidents and critical situations and notify appropriate personnel.
