What you'll do

• Verify items before leaving the pass
• deliver plates at the intended temperature and presentation
• handle plateware and glassware carefully
• coordinate course pacing with servers and the expo chef
• announce dishes
• relay guest feedback, dietary notes, and timing adjustments
• keep runner and service stations clean and stocked
• assist servers and fellow runners
• support end-of-shift breakdown and restocking.
