What you'll do

• Monitor facility safety and document deficiencies and corrective actions
• investigate accidents and injuries
• manage housekeeping
• establish quality control systems for inbound, outbound, and moisture analysis
• communicate audit results to customers and support corrective actions
• oversee finished-product audits and daily moisture testing
• establish variable costs and budget guidelines
• improve preventive maintenance
• lead, coach, and develop team members
• and ensure compliance with company, state, and federal requirements.
