What you'll do

• Plan and execute external special events and community outreach projects, including timelines, contracts, marketing, and volunteers
• coordinate national training events and track attendance and certification
• represent the agency at community events
• create marketing materials and publications
• maintain social media accounts and website content
• track donations and manage stakeholder data in the CRM
• maintain an archive of communications, photos, press coverage, and event documentation.
