What you'll do

• Direct agents according to standard operating procedures

• cover call-offs
• manage lunches, breaks, and attendance
• participate in client briefings
• maintain daily schedules and shift reports
• perform basic administrative and payroll functions if applicable
• coach, counsel, and discipline employees
• conduct service audits
• work with the Safety Quality Manager on operational safety and security
• ensure frontline compliance with standards.
