What you'll do

• Welcome prospective families and build relationships with parents and students
• conduct evaluations, placement assessments, and learning consultations
• analyze results and recommend courses and learning plans
• guide families through enrollment and follow up with prospective families and trial students
• maintain parent relationships and address concerns
• track leads and enrollments
• manage check-in and check-out, calls, emails, and daily front desk operations
• coordinate with teachers and operations teams.
