What you'll do

• Greet customers, take orders, serve food and beverages, and answer menu questions

• prepare subs with the line team while following cooking, safety, and sanitation procedures
• maintain restaurant cleanliness
• communicate with team members and management about schedules, training, and workplace issues
• resolve customer concerns
• delegate shift tasks and support restaurant operations.
