What you'll do

• Perform patient reception, face-to-face check-in and check-out, preregistration, insurance verification, cash collection, chart reconciliation, and patient discharge
• use computer systems and complete forms and calculations
• discuss general financial responsibilities and connect patients with the Customer Service Center
• work with patients, visitors, medical staff, and clinic or hospital personnel.
