What you'll do

• Prepare and portion menu items according to recipes and production schedules
• follow safe food-handling procedures and temperature controls
• maintain production records and temperature logs
• taste-test food and consult the chef about concerns
• operate kitchen equipment
• clean and sanitize equipment and utensils.
