Building Services Coordinator

Job overview

The Building Services Coordinator role is onsite in Bethpage, NY. Pay is $25–$28 per hour. The position supports facility cleanliness and building services at ACLD. The coordinator helps maintain a healthy, clean environment by supporting service quality and leading assigned cleaning staff. The role also supports staff training, workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and effective use of cleaning equipment.

What you'll do

• Monitor Business Services performance
• participate in recruitment, retention, training, supervision, and staff development
• supervise and train cleaning staff and provide on-site leadership
• ensure staff have needed tools and resources
• train staff in workplace safety and OSHA guidelines
• obtain and maintain Safety Data Sheets for cleaning substances and inform employees about product hazards
• support quality assurance and compliance standards
• operate floor-cleaning machinery.
