What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• implement individualized skill-acquisition and behavior-support programs
• help children develop communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills
• collect session data
• use reinforcement and evidence-based teaching strategies
• follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• participate in training and supervision
• communicate with BCBAs, leadership, coworkers, and caregivers
• help maintain a safe, clean, organized, engaging therapy environment.
