Per Diem Provider (Physician/ARNP/PA) - ORCA Center. Seattle, WA (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=517+3rd+Ave+Seattle+WA+USA+98104) -Medical - ORCA Center. Variable, providers typically work 12-hour shifts with at least a 30-minute break, 7:00 am - 7:30 pm and 7:00 pm - 7:30 am. **Shift Differential:** $3.25 per hour Night Shift differential, paid in addition to hourly wage.
