Registered Nurse, Long-Term Care

What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• supervise and direct nursing assistants and resident care
• participate in resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• follow physician orders
• complete required charting
• dispense medications and provide treatments according to applicable standards and policies
• communicate changes to physicians
• review care plans and update the clinical mentor about needed revisions
• maintain resident rights.
