What you'll do

• Process deposits, loan payments, check cashing, withdrawals, and credit card payments
• verify identification and documentation
• answer customer questions and resolve issues under bank policies. Promote banking solutions, place holds, complete change orders, prepare money orders and cashier’s checks, redeem savings bonds, balance the cash drawer, maintain records and confidentiality, and meet sales and referral goals. The established schedule may include Saturdays when assigned.
