What you'll do

• Develop understanding of procurement policies, procedures, and systems
• source and purchase items and coordinate delivery
• work with Finance to ensure accurate transaction pricing
• assist in identifying and evaluating suppliers and developing procurement plans
• support supplier negotiations on target pricing and turnaround time
• ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and customer contracts
• maintain transaction records and assist with procurement performance metrics.
