Salary is $120,000–$150,000 per year, DOE, plus benefits and bonus programs. The client is a commercial general contractor with more than 30 years of industry experience. The project manager leads multiple commercial construction projects from turnover through closeout, managing buyouts, schedules, budgets, client communication, and execution. The role coordinates owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project staff to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple projects from turnover through closeout

• manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
