The Luxury Jewelry Store Manager — San Jose role is onsite in San Jose, California, on a full-time Tuesday–Saturday schedule. The targeted salary budget is $80,000–$100,000 annually. The role combines sales coaching, customer appointments, operational standards, and cross-functional collaboration to support sales goals and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Recruit, lead, and mentor customer experience assistants, jewelry consultants, and concierges
• coach team members on performance goals
• analyze showroom sales data and implement improvements
• oversee showroom and office operations
• coordinate team scheduling
• conduct customer appointments
• resolve customer escalations with customer care
• maintain visual merchandising and retail standards
• respond to customer inquiries
• collaborate across operations, merchandising, marketing, HR, and customer care.
