What you'll do

• Open and close the Studio independently and complete procedures accurately
• support visual merchandising, restocking, and Studio upkeep
• review daily business and help implement strategies
• lead the floor during assigned shifts
• uphold safety, brand, piercing, and cleanliness standards
• educate customers on the Studs experience
• support service recovery and escalate concerns
• provide real-time feedback and support to teammates.
