What you'll do

• Prepare workers’ compensation claims for administrative hearings
• draft pleadings, summaries, correspondence, and legal documents
• request, organize, and review medical records
• coordinate independent medical examinations
• monitor case activity and deadlines
• submit documents electronically
• proofread filings
• assist with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials
• communicate with attorneys, clients, providers, and outside parties
• identify and escalate potential issues.
